Lake House
This is a contemporary private house on a pronounced relief of a rocky coast.
Three buildings are united by transitions inside the hill and create a cozy patio, protected from the winds.
The structure of the interiors of the main building includes a large living room with a dining room, a kitchen with a closet and a garage.
Below the level of the entrance building, there is a three-bedroom block with stunning lake views, as well as a huge visual studio for the artist with a spa area and a swimming pool.
A minimalist reinforced concrete staircase with glass balustrades leads to the terrace by the lake.
