The concept of these interiors continues the theme of the building’s neoclassical style and proposes using the color palette of its façades.

In the composition of the main lobby, the load-bearing columns and pilasters are united by arched vaults, forming a hall with three naves. This classical system is already embedded in the architectural design and naturally creates spaces for movement and rest for residents

and guests of the building.

The interior finishes are based on timeless, natural, and durable materials, combined with ultra-modern furniture and lighting equipment.

Thus, the main lobby — the entrance area — is finished with stainless steel featuring a terracotta gradient that intensifies toward the vaults. In this context, the thread-like light fixtures from an Italian manufacturer resemble tie rods traditionally used in classical stone architecture.

In the internal, non-ceremonial lobby, elliptical arched niches and openings finished with stainless-steel sheets are planned. The walls will be finished with terracotta plaster. The floors will be large-format porcelain stoneware imitating terrazzo.

The stroller and bicycle storage rooms will include railing systems for storing personal mobility items such as bicycles, strollers, scooters, balance bikes, etc.

The concept also proposes compact restrooms and a wet area for cleaning such transport in these rooms.

Having studied the practices of the most stylish, spacious, and modern halls and ceremonial entrance lobbies of apartment buildings in major global cities, we concluded that the best interiors that have stood the test of time are finished with stainless steel, large-format stone, and tempered glass.
