Our four-stage project delivery framework:

We work closely with clients, consultants, suppliers, and registered builders to ensure that every design is thoughtful, practical, and commercially sound.

  • Stage 1: Concept Design & Feasibility – Client brief analysis, site constraint reviews, conceptual narrative, and initial space planning. 

  • Stage 2: Design Development & Coordination – Detailed 3D modeling, specialist consultant integration, material finishes selection, and preliminary FF&E schedules.

  • Stage 3: Construction Documentation & Tender Package – Preparation of comprehensive Construction Drawings, detailed specification sets, and compilation of the Tender Package for builder pricing.

  • Stage 4: Construction Liaison & Design Compliance – Active design intent supervision, contractor RFI management, and aesthetic defect review prior to Practical Completion.
